a Load Of Books
Well i just got my demonoid account and the first thing i do was searrch " Delphi" and i got this 300 megabytes of e-books ^^ Most of them are in English but a few In German And here is the link i uploaded to megaupload this time

There are some books on German there, but i have found one about Algorithms. It has everything !
