Last 3 rules are good. I especially agree with the matt's rule about code, people should help people develop their skills by giving CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM eg. "That's good but here's a better way to create a similar function.." instead of "Ha! WTF!? You wish you waz teh 1337 hax0rz like me lolololololol n00b"
